Postage costs are a flat £8.95 for Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery for our UK customers.
To ensure the secure delivery of your order we do not deliver to P.O boxes.
What delivery service do you use and will my jewellery and silverware be insured
We use Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery for our UK customers. This service fully insures your jewellery against postal loss or damage and is a very fast and efficient service. A signature is always required when you receive your order so you need to ensure someone is available to sign for it.

We accept Paypal, Cheques, Paypal E Cheques, Uncrossed Postal Orders or Cash on collection of your jewellery or silverware.

What are your opening Hours?
We are open 7 days a week, our opening hours are 9.00am to 7.00pm Monday to Saturday and 10am to 4.00pm on Sunday.
How do I place an order?
You can call us or order online by simply adding the item to the shopping basket and then follow the simple check out instructions.

When will my order arrive?
UK only - If your order was placed by 3pm Monday to Thursday you will receive your goods the next day. If you place your order on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday you will receive your goods the following Tuesday. Orders placed on a Bank Holiday requiring this service will be delivered 2 working days later.
What do I do if my order is late arriving?
In the unlikely event that your order is late you contact us by telephone or email. We will track your order direct with Royal Mail and find out why it is late arriving.
We will use all reasonable endeavours to deliver items or products ordered by you within the estimated timescales. However delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors or events out of our control, for example extreme weather, flood or fire. GoldRocks.co.uk shall have no liability to you or any third party for any loss you or a third party may suffer as a result of any delay or failure to deliver the items or products within the estimated timescales.
What happens if my order gets lost or damaged in the post?
In the extremely unlikely event that your order gets lost in the post we will refund your money with no fuss! We will place a claim with Royal Mail and refund your money as soon as their designated time for a lost item passes.
What is your returns policy?
If for any reason you are not happy with your order you may return it within 7 days. Returned orders must be posted by Royal Mail Special Delivery or another registered postal service to ensure that they arrive back to us safely. Once your returned order is received we will refund you the full cost of your purchase/s within 7 days. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the condition received.
All delivery costs are non refundable.
